    First set rough, the second one better.

    Nasty.

    180 moved really fast. 200 I was unstable at the end.

    Messed up the pick up, but it went well. I need more worksets at 90 kg.

    12 m x 190 kg
    12 m x 210 kg

    190 felt heavy, and 210 was even heavier. It was moving decently but lost control at the end.

    - bench dips:
    3 x 15 x 15 kg
