    Easy warmups, tough worksets.

    - farmer's deadlift:

    Tough after squats.

    - lunges:
    3 x 10 x 27.5 kg

    - burpees & skipping:

    3:30. I did the first 10 in 60 seconds. Then I wanted to quit. But I went up to 15 and then decided to quit being tired and knowing my time would be worse than last time. I didn't quit at 15, but somehow made myself go to 20 and told myself I would quit then. Getting to 20 I realized I can't quit at a stupid number like 20, but quitting at 21 is ok. One by one I managed to do 30 and set a 15 second PR.

    15 x 5 kg
    10 x 5 kg

    - pull-ups:
    5 x 10

    - ab wheel:
    3 x 10

    Good. No back pain if I keep tightness between the reps.

    - sandbag front squat:

    10 x 75 kg

    - Pendlay row:
    3 x 12 x 60 kg

    - pull-ups:
    3 x 8 x 12.5 kg

    - conditioning:
    Tower of Babel to 5 with 50 kg sandbag to shoulder
    5 x 30 kg db swings between sets.
