Giant set 1. Terrible. The only thing that help my overhead press is more overhead pressing, so that's what I'm going to do. I'll slightly ddecrease the weight and increase the sets. Eight sets of double which I'll progress to triples. That seemed to work last cycle.

- Giant set 2. These don't seem to help my log press, they just hurt my left shoulder. I think I'll drop them. Maybe I'll do incline instead. Certainly some extra pressing for volume.
