    GS 1.

    - log press:

    GS 1. Did not go as planned. First work set was heavy. Second one was good. On third and fourth triceps gave out. My triceps are painful around elbows from last week and that interfered with lowering portion of the press.

    - ro:
    5 x 3 x 90 kg

    GS 2.

    - axle strict press:
    5 x 3 x 50 kg

    GS 2. Went ligther due to triceps.

    - seated db press:
    6 x 22.5 kg
    2 x 6 x 20 kg

    - barbell curls:
    15 x 20 kg

    In hope it will provide some relief to triceps. Triceps are not very painful but it's irritating.

    I could almost stiff-leg 162 kg, but for worksets I needed more quads. Was really tired today due to last night's concert, but the whole sessions turned out great!

    Easy.

    - hyperextensions:
    3 x 4 x 80 kg

    - pull-throughs:
    2 x 10 x 65 kg

    GS 1. Wanted 65 kg on the worksets, but I was shakier than usual and got dizzy more easily. Could be this head wave. Good thing is that Z press helped with torso stability on the lockout.

    GS 2. These were all supposed to be triples. Confused.
