    GS 1. PR! I knew I was capable of this for the last month. I missed it the first time since the pick up was bad and I got dizzy. Next attempt was better and once I got the log to my shoulders the press was easy. I need to practice heavy log pick-ups. I should also take bigger weight jumps.

    - swiss bar row:
    3 x 10 x 50 kg

    GS 2. Black band.

    - seated reverse band press:
    3 x 5 x 70 kg

    GS 2.

    - plank:
    3 x 45 s x 5 kg

    GS 2.

    - sandbag throw:
    10 x 10 kg

    - pushdowns:
    Tabaa style with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Only managed three minutes, not four. Done with purple band.

    The more weight I added the better the pulls felt. I could have done 165 kg but decided not to.

    - deficit deadlift:
    3 x 10 x 120 kg

    Not half bad.

    - farmer's walk:
    2 x 15m x 70 kg

    Just as I set up for walks the rain started. I did two runs just to spite it and then retreated.

    10 min EMOM. Much better than last time.
