    - Face pulls:

    GS 1. Red band.

    - log press:
    3 x 50 kg
    4 x 5 x 65 kg

    GS 1. Improved with every set.

    - axle press:
    1 x 50 kg
    1 x 65 kg

    The following was done as a medley. I had 60 seconds to do it and did it for five rounds. I practiced like it was competition weight, resting slightly between each one and trying to get my timing right.

    - axle press:
    5 x 1 x 60 kg

    - log press:
    5 x 1 x 45 kg

    - keg press:
    5 x 1 x 50 kg

    2 x 100 kg
    1 x 115 kg
    3 x 3 x 127.5 kg

    My hips and lower back felt like they were going to fall apart, so I did three sets instead of four. Massage on Wednesday!

    - Zercher yoke:
    2 x 15 m x 100 kg
    2 x 15 m x 120 kg
    15 m x 130 kg
    15 m x 100 kg

    These went really well. Mus be the reduction in squat volume.

    - yoke:
    2 x 15 m x 150 kg
    2 x 15 m x 180 kg
    15 m x 200 kg
    15 m x 180 kg

    I was finally able to carry 200 kg for 15 m without a problem. Feeling more ready for the 220 kg at the comp.

    Very good. Maybe the log pick up could have been better, but the keg went really well.

    In my new rock climbing shoes. Pretty uncomfortable over all.

    Opened it up, cleaned it, but it still feels tougher than it was two weeks ago.

    Felt heavy but I attribute it to the massage.

    The medley felt almost perfect.

    The rain started so I did these quickly one after another. 180 did not feel as stable and easy as I would have liked.

    First three sets of axle were rougher because the axle kept slipping on my t-shirt. Pick-up of the log is lacking a bit during medley. Need to work on it.

    Decided to do these for distance and they went very well.

    - yoke:
    30 m x 150 kg
    3 x 30 m x 180 kg

    On the first two work sets I dropped the yoke halfway on the way back. Last run was the best.

    Abysmall. Missed half of the working sets. Just couldn't pick up the log properly, nor press it. My upper back felt week. It also felt like the log was bossing me around, I was all over the place.

    - axle:
    3 x 50 kg
    2 x 60 kg
    1 x 65 kg

    - log press:
    1 x 70 kg

    I wanted to do the meddley but I missed the log again. I lowered the weight to 65 kg, but by then my lower back was too tired. I hope this is just a bad day.

    4 x 20 x 20 kg

    Dropped 180 kg on both runs. I didn't drop 190 kg, but it was wobbly.
