Good one. Program said 5+ reps and I knew I could hit double digits.
- deadlift:
5 x 10 x 72.5 kg
GS 1. First two sets were dead stop, but the next three were touch and go. Surprisingly difficult, especialy considering 70 is my first warmup on the deadlift.
- push-ups:
5 x 10
GS 1. Feet elevated.
- Swiss bar inverted row:
5 x 10
GS 1.
1 hour total. Interesting to note: while Building the Monolith + red meat increased my testosterone levels to some extent, after today's squats it shot through the roof.
