    - one-arm plank:
    2 x 30 s

    - Swis bar press:
    8 x 22.5 kg
    4 x 42.5 kg
    1 x 47.5 kg
    1 x 52.5 kg
    1 x 57.5 kg
    1 x 60 kg

    Stupid strict press. 57 moved very well, but 60 was slow. Failed 62.5 kg.

    - Swiss bar bench press:
    8 x 22.5 kg
    4 x 42.5 kg
    2 x 52.5 kg
    2 x 62.5 kg
    1 x 72.5 kg
    1 x 82.5 kg
    1 x 85 kg

    Solid, if small increase.

    Just so I don't forget.

    - deadlift:
    6 x 70 kg
    4 x 100 kg
    2 x 120 kg
    1 x 140 kg
    1 x 150 kg
    1 x 160 kg
    1 x 165 kg
    1 x 170 kg

    Could have done 175 kg. Leg drive was really good from all the squatting.

    Started Wendler's Boring But Big: Beefcake. 78 kg BW.

    - one-arm plank:
    2 x 30 s

    - squat:
    8 x 20 kg
    4 x 60 kg
    5 x 85 kg
    5 x 100 kg
    15 x 112.5 kg

    Good one. Program said 5+ reps and I knew I could hit double digits.

    - deadlift:
    5 x 10 x 72.5 kg

    GS 1. First two sets were dead stop, but the next three were touch and go. Surprisingly difficult, especialy considering 70 is my first warmup on the deadlift.

    - push-ups:
    5 x 10

    GS 1. Feet elevated.

    - Swiss bar inverted row:
    5 x 10

    GS 1.

    1 hour total. Interesting to note: while Building the Monolith + red meat increased my testosterone levels to some extent, after today's squats it shot through the roof.

    Left a few reps in the tank for the squat.

    GS 1. I was afraid these might be miserable, but they were too easy. Next time, no pulling back on the deadlift.

    - banded pus-ups:
    5 x 10

    GS 1. Feet elevated. Red band.

    - face-pulls:

    GS 1. Too easy.

    - hanging leg raise:

    GS 1.

    - ab pulldown:
    10

    Red band.

    - single-leg banded leg curl:
    25

    My left leg is stronger than my right. Both on BSS and on these.
