PR. I failed the first attempt at 175 kg. I then rebraced and it went up easily. My hamstrings, low back and abs are weak.

Failed multiple times at 70 kg. Just couldn't pick it up for some reason. I also noticed I lack wrist and shoulder mobility.

190 kg & 195 kg were PR's. Both reps at 195 kg hit my knees and got stuck there. Despite that bad positioning, this was and excellent deadlift day.

Plesantly surprised at the speed with 75 kg. Only slightly slower than 70 kg.
