    GS 1. A possible PR. I used my 13 mm belt. While I do brace a bi better with it, it seems to mess up my bottom position due to it's thickness.

    GS 1. Some of these were pretty good.

    - farmer's walk:
    4 x 20 m x 65 kg

    A bit better than on Monday.

    Played around with a sandbag but gave up quickly.

    Wanted more but 170 kg was all I had. My lower back seemed to take all the strain. It feels like doubles mess up my singles.

    Lying face down on an incline bench. Front raises were easy. Lateral raises were half reps at bes. Reverse flys were quarter reps at best.

    My lower back felt like it was taking on too much strain. My hamstrings seem to be weak. I must not forget to address this.

    3 x 5 x 85 kg

    Could have done one more set.

    - farmer's walk:
    6 x 20 m x 60 kg

    GS 1.

    - backwards drag:
    6 x 20 m x 4-5 lbs

    GS 1.

    Conditioning Mike Westerling style. These were supposed to be done for 5 rounds with no break, but I had breaks due to Exergenie rope getting stuck on the backwards drag. That's why I did an extra set. Need to be faster next time.

    First two sets with 70 kg were awful, the next two were easy. Only later did I realize 70 kg was a PR for a triple. Then I did 72.5 kg because I could.

    7 x 40 m x 74 kg

    7 min EMOM.

    This seems to be a PR triple. I did get stuck half-way up on the third set.

    Decided to try these since the yoke was out. It was harder than I expected. Failed every time.

    I wanted six sets with 70 kg, but I was training outside and the combination of uneven ground and perfectly clear sky were throwing me off.
