    My lower back was in pain.

    Did these instead of sumo. Sumo only scrapes my shins and doesn't spare my lower back. Stiff-leg on the other hand felt really good on my back (almost no pain).

    - farmer's walk:
    6 x 20 m x 60 kg

    Fast and no pain in my back.

    - banded lying leg curls:
    3 x 20

    Red band.

    GS 1. Lower back felt decent.

    - sandbag throw:

    Beltless. Leg were strong enough, but my hep and lower back were all over the place.

    - farmer's walk:
    6 x 20 m x 65 kg

    Speed was good with no back pain.

    GS 1. Went for fifth set twice, but failed.

    - deadlift row:
    5 x 60 kg
    5 x 70 kg
    5 x 80 kg
    5 x 5 x 85 kg

    GS 1. These tire out my upper back for the log. I can either continue doing this superset and go for lighter log, or I can drop the row and go for heavier log which works my upper back anyway.

    - barbell row:
    5 x 8 x 60 kg

    GS 2.

    - log strict press:
    5 x 8 x 45 kg

    GS 2. This combination too it tough on the upper back.

    - banded lateral raises:
    3 x 15

    Red band.

    - sandbag walk in place:
    30 s x 75 kg

    Tough. Should do more.

    It was breaking me too much so I stopped.

    - SLDL:

    Squuezing my glutes helped with the back pain.

    - yoke:
    6 x 10 m x 140 kg

    Heavy. Back was in pain. Possibly due to running on grass.
