    - 2" block pull:
    6 x 70 kg
    4 x 100 kg
    1 x 120 kg
    10 x 2 x 140 kg

    10 min EMOM. Felt heavy. Also felt like my lower back was taking a lot of strain. Doing them strapless was a bad idea, I tore off a calous.

    - SLDL:
    4 x 6 x 140 kg

    Still tough.

    - row:
    4 x 4 x 80 kg

    - sandbag swing:
    4 x 12 x 10 kg

    - lying leg raises:
    4 x 15

    Only four sets and no hypers. No time.

    - seated goodmorning:

    - snatch-grip SLDL:

    I thought it was 4 x 6. It turned out to be 3 x 15. Gave me a wicker forearm pump despite the straps.

    - chin-up:

    - Meadows row:

    - seated hip abduction:

    Equipment-less, but added wrist wraps after first two work-sets because my wrists hurt. Axle was easy today.
