    I really don' like these. They just feel heavy and ugly.

    - log press:
    2 x 3 x 45 kg
    2 x 55 kg
    1 x 60 kg
    1 x 65 kg
    4 x 2 x 70 kg
    3 x 5 x 55 kg

    Not bad.

    - farmer's walk:
    4 x 30 m x 70 kg

    Third set was the best.

    - yoke:
    2 x 15 m x 100 kg
    2 x 15 m x 120 kg
    4 x 15 m x 150 kg

    Done on Saturday. It was slow and heavy. Back was in pain and my shins need a massage.
