    Single breath. Wasn't even bad.

    - Exergenie:
    20 m x 16 lbs
    20 m x 20 lbs

    16 lbs tension was easy but 20 lbs took a long while.

    - sandbag carry:
    45 m x 100 kg

    I was expecting more but couldn't hold onto the bag even with chalk.
