It was just changed today. Stef said I could keep "Callador" as my nickname, just so everyone knows who I am. :-) I felt like changing it for a while, but a lot of people here knew my real name anyways.

Yes. I should of asked for "Callador- Master Kitten Wrangler". :-)

    9/8

Floor Press (4 mins between sets):
    295x12 @ 7.5
    275x12 @ 6.5
    275x12 @ 8 ... starting to get gassed
    275x12 @ 8.5 ... pretty much gassed

These were all super light, but this lil' kitten gets gassed doing 12's I guess. This is my second bench day, so we are just trying to build up more volume while keeping my shoulders happy.

    OHP (4 mins between sets):
155x10 @ 9 ...the floor presses wiped me out for this. This weight is hella easy normally.
    140x10 @ 8
    140x10 @ 8
    140x10 @ 8.5

Doing OHP's after all that benching is actually tough for me. I can move a lot more weight doing presses first.

    Cable Flies:
    60's x15x3

    Rear Delt Machine (3:1 eccentric):
    160x15
    160x12x2

    All super set with...
DB Hammer Curls (1 arm at a time, slow cadence):
    40's x8x6

Ah, good to be back home and have my huge monitor again. Now I can see that picture, at full size, all on-screen at the same time. Glorious.

Heh, I can't see much of that picture on my laptop! :-)

    9/10

Yesterday I was messing around with pin OHP's, and I think I tweaked my lumbar spine a tad (not really an issue), but it was also more fatigued that usual going into squats. I felt like I was getting forward of midfoot a tad on a lot of my reps. I will just chalk it up to a bad session due to the lower back stuff. I still hit all my reps and sets, but things just weren't clicking today.

High Bar Close Stance Squats (4 mins between sets):
    405x8 @ 8.5
    365x8 @ 8
    365x8 @ 7.5
    365x8 @ 7.5

    Leg Press:
    360x6x3

    Leg Curls:
    180x10x3

    Decline Abs:
155x15x6 *These were super set with the other two leg exercises.
