    starting strength coach development program
    From yesterday (7/18):

    This is a second training block, a bit of a reset from last 4wk block where I learned that I'm just too old w/too much mileage to be able to squat 3x a week and pull every week. I begin to notice consistent patella tendinitis and medial epicondylitis (that were overuse injuries when they happened initially) starting to surface, along with general sluggishness, so enough of that protocol. Need to come to terms with that I'm in my 40s not my 20s anymore.

    My best results have always come from squatting 2x per week and pulling twice a month, so I'm going back to that for the next 4wks leading into a vaca to Vegas wk of Aug 8.

    With all that background out of the way, here's yesterday's work, all very light and easy as it should be.....

    SQ: 330x5x3
    BN: 185,195,205,225,235 (all x3)
    Incline BB BN: 225x3x3 (all reps paused for 2ct)
