Are you familiar with Ann our 78 year old who deadlifts in competition over 225 lbs? Are you familiar with John our 92 year old who deadlifts 245 lbs? Both plan to compete in Chicago this fall.

Very impressed by that lady. As a 78 year old female, she is probably only a fraction of my weight, and a 225 DL is wonderful.

Jerk Behind Neck. ----- Long story. Don't have a squat rack at the moment, so i cleaned a 30 k barbell and did 2 sets of 5 jerks.
Then i went to the stupid smith machine to try some jerk behind neck. It is not tall enough to permit standing with the bar overhead, so i did the drive from the shoulders and split, then staying down, lowered the bar to the shoulders behind neck. Then rose from the split, reset, and did the next rep.
