    hey John, its Lou from the HG forum. Happy Birthday. so glad to see you still training @ 80. you have always been an inspiration and role model to me.
    I tried to revive my log but cant seem to string it together. also, the way i train now is more body building not powerlifting.

    Thank you Louis. Very much liked following your training and lifting. Sad that after setting US masters national records injuries stopped your progress.
    Good to see you training for physique and developing that aspect. I don't expect there will be much help with that training here.
    Great to know you are still hitting it. We both gunna be as good as we can get.

    Yep 57, 'tis my age. my weight can be adjusted, but the age advances steadily. Thanks for the good wishes, and the inspiration i get from your training weights, well up from mine.
