Kind of you to say that, Jerry. But so not true. Your pulldowns with 140 for sets of 5 accross is so much more than my current weight for one set. And dumbell bench presses with 48's for 12 reps - well, if i did bench presses, i couldn't do that weight with a barbell, let alone 2 hard to control dumbells.

But really, Yewanmee are going to improve from where we are, because we have the system down pat - work the muscles pretty hard, then give them all the time they need to recover and get stronger.

Sorry, you won't be able to catch up to me in age until after i am dead.

Nice work. What the temperature where you are. Here in NY its like a boiler room, almost 100°F. I still got a little work in.

Hi Jerry. Where i live 100 is just a warm summer's day. Scientists say with climate change it is going to get hotter and drier. Sorry, President Trump, climate change is not "fake news".

I live in the driest state in the driest continent. Large parts of the country have been in drought for years.
Just here tho, we are in a cold, wet winter - less than 55 degrees max often. We have 4 rainwater tanks, ranging from large to huge, that feed our house, and they are all overflowing.
