    Not really, Jerry. I have a long history of hi rep squats. Once i could move tremendous singles in comparison with what i could rep with. Not now tho. I guess my body is turning feminine as i lose my fast twitch fibres.

    I wouldn't say there is anything "feminine" about your body.
    I used to train under the eye of the recently departed Dr. Ken Liestner, he was a big proponent of high Rep sqts. You can Google his name if you haven't heard of him
    I'm sure not as strong as I was, I look back at my old logs from 20 years ago and see what were my warm ups are now my work sets.

    Oh yes, Jerry. I read all his stuff in Hardgainer, and was much inspired. It is a shame he died so young. Perhaps due to his fighting and lifting injuries, and minimal sleeping. At any rate, he was one of the Greats, and it would have been a priviledge to have known him.

    I'm sure not as strong as I was, I look back at my old logs from 20 years ago and see what were my warm ups are now my work sets
    Ah, well. Don't matter. We work with what we have, and where we are. Maybe we can inch our way up a bit. Training has to be the most fascinating game there is.
