    So close to making the breathing squat target weight i have been working towards for two years, that i put the breathing squat first this workout.
    Always bad news, but i really don't want a miss and a repeat at this stage.
    i want to be shot of this exercise the sooner the better.

    Been off-line. My computer crashed. The repair shop said my computer was so old it wasn't worth spending any money on it. So have a new computer with all my files and data transferred into it.

    Well, that's that. Been building this exercise since 2017, aiming for this weight, which i did when i was "young". Not sad to see the end of it.

    Hi Jerry. Yeah, we're getting there. i am looking forward to next year, when i will have a bunch of new exercises, & will dial back somehow so my lower back recovers better.

    Hi friend Codger. Due to early reading of Peary Rader, i have done more breathing squats than any other form. yes, it is not something you would do for fun. but you can get to do pretty heavy weights due to the rest pause between reps, while you breathe really heavy and deep and wonder who talked you into doing this.
    Next year it's going to be 20 rep Olympic Deadlift, something i haven't ever been stupid enough to do before.
