    Hi Jerry. Enjoying the high bar a.t.g. The bar position is very comfortable, and at the bottom there is no "maybe it's deep enough". With the miniscule progression rate, should be able to get better next year.

    Pizd off. Went in for my D.L. main exercise, and the room with the heavy equipment and olympic bars is shut. They are "redoing the floor" , "this week".
    Went into the boyz 'pump up' room, full of isolation machines, cables, and aerobic machines.
    Took a 'dead' bar from a bench press rack, and cobbled up what i could.

    Yeh, best i could. It pisses you off when you're on a roll. Must say they did a quick job, wall to wall heavy drop resistant squares. Back in "my" room, all well today.

    Oh, i do hope so for you. Our state has got it nailed, a few clusters in a couple of other states being isolated and contact traced. I grieve for our American friends. Such grievous mishandling, and countless unnecessary deaths. Just keep yourself safe - social distance, facemask, disinfectant. Without you this would be a pretty bland site.
