    Nice work. When you do the press, do you clean each rep or just the first? I found cleaning much harder than taking the bar from the rack.

    Hi Jerry. I just clean the first rep. As you see the clean is a serious business. If you are doing multiple cleans and presses, by rep three the press part is about maxed out. Next year i'm putting sets of 5's in my routine. By the time you do one of those, you know you have been lifting.
