    Hope all is going well. I'm not sure what is going on with this crazy word.
    I am seeing that as I get older it's not so easy to improve, where my 13yo old grandson seems to be adding weight or reps to his lifts every WO.

    Got that right Jerry. I'm being stopped by a 47.5 k clean and press time after time. I guess if we just maintain our strength level at our age for a year, statistically we have improved 2% over our peers. Of course we are determined to squeeze out a bit of improvement. And not envy the young, who are blossoming.
