I am now doing an upper/lower split using a modified conjugated. I like it so far. easier on my joints. Time will tell if I am getting stronger. So far based on my log I am. see how it goes. It is too earlier for me to weigh in it.

The simple fact that you confidently approached the bar loaded with 46.25kg is impressive. I do understand the frustration of the miss after successfully doing 45kg, but we all have those days. You will get it!
