    21 years old. 5'9 96kg at 20-23% bodyfat.
Been doing strength training for about a year but following Jordan Feigenbaum's advice and Austin Baraki I started LP.
I've been working with Carl Raghavan in the UK to sort my technique and it's coming along nicely.

I don't know if this should go in the LP section or here but as I have competed twice before I feel here is best.

My best lifts so far are:
    Squat - 195kg (430lbs)
    Bench - 117.5kg (260lbs)
    Deadlift - 205kg. (450lbs)

    My last workout is:
    Squat 3x5 - 152.5kg
    Bench 3x5 - 97.5kg
    Deadlift 1x5 - 165kg

    Squat 3x5 - 155kg
    Press 3x5 - 52.5kg
    Powerclean 5x3 - 60kg
    Lying Tricep Extension - 3x8 - 26.5kg

Forgot my account password from my phone so can only update it from pc when I get a chance.

So the past week my training has gone well but:

I gained abit too much weight and even my mum is calling me fatty now lol

    anyway 7/25/17
    Squat 160kg (352lbs) 3*5
    bench 95 kg (210lbs) 3.5
    paused deadlift 125kg 3*8

    07/27/17
    squat 165kg 3*5
    press 62.5kg 3*5
    powerclean 65kg 3*5

    squat 170kg 3*5
    bench 97.5kg 3*5
    deadlift 180kg 1*5

    squat 175kg (385lbs ) 3*5
press 65 kg (143lbs) 5/3 ..set cut short due to high demand for the power rack
    paused deadlift 130kg (287lbs) 3*8

my weight has gone up by about 3lbs since the first session so i'm guessing it's not too bad but if anyone has any advice on training or anything I'd appreciate being told i'm still fiddling with linear progression and hopefully my squat workout tomorrow will be 405 for 3x5.

Today was a gruelling day. I managed 180kg (405lbs) for 3x5 novice progression but I felt like crap and the grip made my wrist and forearm hurt for bench so I ended the session early as 40kg was killing. After an hour i felt fine and should have maybe gone back to the gym lol.

anyway heres a video of my 405 for 5. it was my second set.

I'm thinking to move to some sort of intermediate programme and cut some fat. what do you guys think

    starting strength coach development program
So i decided to keep squats as 3x5 until this stops. hopefully after 220kg (495lbs for 3x5) then move on to advanced novice for squats
bench and press i decided to add more volume by way of accessory movements (incline bench and db press) this is for extra volume and maintaining mental sanity
deadlift i will keep it as is and do 1 day of gpp 7 mins back and 7 min abs

heres a video of my deadlift today

    420lbs x5

and in terms of diet im going to keep eating as much as i like but try more healthy foods

    any advice would be appreciated.
