    1 ct pause bench: up o 260/275x1, then 245x4x2, 240x4x2
    Squat(beltless): 285,300,315x6x2, 305x6x2

    Deadlifts didn't quite go as planned. hoped to get my top single at around 455. 435 moved much slower off the ground than expected. Next week I think I'll try either a few more of the warm up sets with the alt grip since it felt a little odd today, or simply pull with a hook grip.
