    - That felt a little too easy. The single may have even felt like an @8, but I don't want to be presumptuous

    Feelz: Feeling good, again a good amount of sleep. Eating a lot lately, weighted in at 214 this morning!

    - Single was a little mis-grooved, but still felt like I could do 1.5-2 more
    - Volume a little light, even with 2-min rest

    - Not bad with a wider grip. Pinkies almost on the rings

    Feelz: Dealing with allergies, not feeling particularly well today and lifting felt about as crappy. Completed everything just fine, but wasn't feeling it...

    Feelz: Lacking a little sleep, but not bad going in. Thought everything was pretty light and feeling good after finishing.

    - Everything is feeling light. Was tempted to bump up the weight, but slow and steady is fine by me.

    Feelz: A little meh before gym. Then even more meh in the gym. No cooling/fans is killer. I'm just sweating buckets.

    Squat: 45x8, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 445x1, 475x1 @ 8.75, 397.5x5 (5-sets)
    - Single felt heavy/misgrooved. I definitely had more than one more, but it felt harder than usual.
    - Gym weights are -0/+2%, so who knows what the real weight was. Should be able to gauge next week, will work out at home.
