Feelz: Started out fine...

- Was warming up for a single, but had a slight back tweak while warming up with 315
- Tightened up the back and tried one more rep... it felt fine, but didn't want to chance anything
TnG Bench: 45x10, 135x6, 185x5, 215x4 (6-sets)
Fr. Squat: 45x10, 135x7, 185x7 (6-sets)
- Back was barking just a little, but not bad
Incline DB Press: 55x8 (6-sets)

First and last workout of the week. Another vaca starting Friday. All the travel is really killing the lifting.
Feelz: Back is sore and hurts at certain angles. Decided to play squats by ear and not push too hard.
Squat: 45x10, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 345x5 (5-sets)
- Lots of energy to ensure back is tight and I don't re-injure it. Very minor discomfort at times, but it was worth it to get a bit of volume in.
C. Bench: 45x10, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 245x1, 265x1 @ 8, 215x5 (5-sets)
Pull-ups: BWx10 (3-sets)

Feelz: Woke up this morning with a weird ache in upper back area. Feels like something needs to be popped and put back in place in the thoracic spine (T3/T4?). Ugh! Other than that, feeling ok mentally.
Squat: 45x10, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 425x1, 355x5 (5-sets)
- Some pinching, a bit distracting, but was doable
P. Bench: 45x10, 135x5, 185x4, 215x4 (6-sets)
- Laying down to get into position was PAINFUL!! No pain once benching
- Weight is starting to feel light, unlike last week, when it felt really heavy
RDLs: 135x7, 225x7 (6-sets)
- Not very comfortable and distracting, but did it...

Feelz: Just ok, a little nervous about lower and upper back. Wasn't looking forward to working out, but forced myself.

- Full concentration on back.. seemed a little sore, but fine

- TnG feels so awkward compared to pauses/competition...

- Wow, so out of shape... hard to catch my breath!
Incline DB Press: 60x8 (6-sets)
Pooped!! Feel so winded! Upper back wasn't a problem, pain is mostly gone.

Feelz: 4-hours of sleep... blech. Surprisingly ok. Upper back feeling fine. Traps a bit sore after DL's. Lower back a little funky, but workable.

Feelz: Feeling ok prior to starting. Felt much better than last week during training. Still not back to where I was, but confidence and energy is coming back

- Lots of concentration on lower back, contracted it very hard, no pain, felt good

- Added an extra set; preparation to go up in weight next week

Feelz: No sleep again, waited to work out late. Kind of meh-ish.

- Everything felt pretty easy
- Lower back was a little sore prior to starting but got better as it warmed up
