    Feelz: Got bit by a bee on ankle, that sucked but didn't seem to interfere. Otherwise generally ok.

    Feelz: Somewhat ok, I thought. Just tired from work and other BS...

    Squat: 45x10, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1, 475x1 @ 9.5, 375x5 (5-sets)
    - Single didn't feel right at all.. felt way heavier than it should... dropped volume weight

    P. Bench: 45x10, 135x6, 185x5, 225x4, 240x4 (6-sets)
    - Continue to maintain

    I didn't feel mentally there. Lower back has been sore for the past few weeks, but usually goes away after I work out. Today it's feeling a bit more funky.
    Skipped RDL's... will try to get some rest and re-assess after Thursday's workout. Usually when I'm feeling like this it's a sign I'm getting sick... so we'll see.
