    Feelz: Felt okish. Another late night workout. Back was in pain yesterday; needed Ibuprofen in the morning. Mostly fine today, but decided to skip squats just in case.

    C. Bench: 45x10, 135x6, 185x5, 225x2, 245x1, 265x1, 285x1 @ 8, 237.5x5 (5-sets)
    - Feeling lighter, go up 2.5-5 next week?

    Press: 45x7, 95x7 (6-sets)

    Chin-ups: BWx10 (3-sets)
    - Slight stimulus to the neglected broceps

    Feelz: Felt ok in the morning/day. Thought I'd squat, but of course lower back was feeling inflamed prior to squatting. Decided to just go by ear... lowered weight.

    Squat: 45x10, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 445x1 @ 8, 365x5 (5-sets)
    - Yeah, that didn't feel the best. Just slowed down, longer rests, took my time.
    - Tried belt on 4th set, it didn't feel right

    P. Bench: 45x15, 135x6, 185x5, 225x4, 242.5x4 (6-sets)

    Skipped RDL's. Will see if Ibuprofen takes down the inflammation and see how I feel tomorrow/day after. Determine what to do from there...

    Feelz: Extremely tired from work, mentally exhausted. Dozed off for over an hour after getting home. However, back felt fine most of the day.

    C. Bench: 45x15, 135x6, 185x5, 225x2, 245x1, 265x1, 275x1, 290x1 @ 8 [PR], 240x5 (5-sets)
    - Pretty sure that's a PR @ 8?? (Vid)
    - Bench felt "easy" again... go up another 2.5-5(?)

    P. Squat: 45x10, 135x4, 225x4, 315x4, 355x4 (6-sets)
    - That wasn't exactly pain free, but I think the pain is in my muscles. When my concentration wanders somewhere else, I don't feel pain, when I'm concentrating on my back I must be squeezing the muscles so hard I'm straining them? Not even sure if that's possible... the pain is concentrated on the right side. Not quite spinal erectors, but maybe multifidus muscle?

    Feelz: Felt good prior to working out - no pain

    Conv. DL: 135x5, 235x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 326x5 (5-sets)
    - Worked up to a manageable weight and worked from there; felt the pain come on during volume
    - Pain is NOT in the lower back, but radiating from there; feels like some core muscle starting near the spine and going towards the hip/ribs on the right side.

    TnG Bench: 45x10, 135x6, 185x5, 225x4, 245x4, 255x4 (6-sets)
    - Added an extra warm-up set so there's not a huge jump to working weight, especially as the weights go up
    - Feels like @ 8-9, but remember to maintain next week! No need to push..

    Fr. Squat w/Belt: 45x10, 135x7, 185x7, 225x7 (6-sets)
    - Back not extremely comfortable, so I stuck with 225

    Incline DB Press: 60x8 (6-sets)

    Feelz: Felt good considering the long work hours, back was fine to start

    Squat: 45x10, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1 @ 8.5, 370x5 (5-sets)
    - Took it pretty easy, very slow and controlled volume
    - Back started acting up after 5th set. Ugh! Better than before at least it's gradually getting better.

    P. Bench: 45x15, 135x6, 185x5, 225x4, 245x4 (6-sets)

    Skipped RDLs... not comfortable

    Feelz: Good. Spent a lot of time playing with a new power bar! Skipped yesterdays workout and leaving for vacation tomorrow, so combined Tues/Thurs main lifts.
