    Feelz: Felt fine, wanted to get a little something in prior to leaving town. Mixed it up today.

    Deficit DL: 135x6, 235x6, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 425x1 @ 7.5?, 345x5 (5-sets)
    - First time doing deficits... they actually feel better for my lower back; not sure why that is. Weight is pretty low, but this is more of a feel thing...

    TnG Bench: 45x10, 135x8, 185x8, 225x8 (8-sets)
    - Lowered the weight ~10%, but volume almost tripled.
    - Was just curious how it would feel. Never thought 225 would feel this light... very happy with progress

    - Felt a weird muscle pain on single on the way back DOWN... decided not to go higher
    - Volume was a little uncomfortable, but fine with concentration

    - Surprised at how tough singles felt. The 555 was coming up, but I wasn't patient enough with it.

    - Skipped the rest due to lack of time

    2018-11-27 - Today

    Time: ~80-mins

    Feelz: Was really tired/sleepy prior to starting... decided to work out anyway...

    - Wanted to see how 495 would feel; looked like an @9, felt a bit harder
