Feelz: Felt fine, wanted to get a little something in prior to leaving town. Mixed it up today.

- First time doing deficits... they actually feel better for my lower back; not sure why that is. Weight is pretty low, but this is more of a feel thing...
TnG Bench: 45x10, 135x8, 185x8, 225x8 (8-sets)
- Lowered the weight ~10%, but volume almost tripled.
- Was just curious how it would feel. Never thought 225 would feel this light... very happy with progress
