    Feelz: Felt good, went to the gym, took longer. Tested DL a bit since I'm flying out tomorrow and not sure if I'll get to work out next week.

    Conventional DL: 135x6, 235x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1, 495x1 [PR] @ 9?, 405x5 (5-sets)
    - Without belt, flat shoes, PR!!

    TnG Bench: 45x10, 135x6, 185x5, 225x4, 245x4, 260x4 (6-sets)
    - Need to go up in weight...

    Feelz: Good, first workout after coming back from vacation! Over two weeks off... OUCH! Taking it easy....

    Conv. DL: 135x5, 235x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 315x5 (5-sets)
    - Nice and light

    TnG Bench: 45x10, 135x6, 185x5, 225x4, 245x4 (6-sets)

    Squat: 135x5, 225x5, 315x4, 365x4 (2-sets)
    - Back felt weird unracking for third set... decided not to chance it

    2018-12-25 - Today

    Time: 85-mins

    Feelz: Mentally, not too confident as I've been away for a while. Physically had some pain in elbow/forearm area. Bothered me, but I worked around it.

    Squat: 45x10, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 435x1, 455x1 @ 7.5?, 365x5 (5-sets)
    - Was a little worried about my back, but no issues
    - Everything felt light, especially as a first real workout

    P. Bench: 45x10, 135x6, 185x5, 225x4, 245x4 (6-sets)
    - Form and feel improved as sets moved on
    - Last set felt like @9.5. Not good!

    Pendlay Rows: 135x4, 185x4, 225x4 (7-sets)
    - Used straps to relieve some pain

    - Single felt relatively tough - a bit misgrooved

    - Better than last week, but repeat again anyway

    - Increased volume to 5-reps across the baord

    - Didn't use much chalk to speed things up, hurt thumbs... d'oh!

    SSB Squat: 65x6, 165x5, 255x6 (5-sets)
    - 5-minutes; Set every minute on the minute... OMG... out of breath!!!
