That makes me laugh! I may be lifting more, but I have stalled out recently and am hoping that using RPE based programs may get things going again. Plus, I'm an old guy (46yo) starting to show signs of recoveritis, so I want my program to allow for that as well. Thanks for putting up with me and answering my questions. I love the Alan Thrall video and all of his stuff - esp the more recent stuff when he started training with the BB Med guys. Informative, plus he has a knack with the videography. I never miss his new videos.
