    Feelz: Shoulder pain notwithstanding, fine; just a bit lazy

    Beltless Conv. DL: 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 445x1 @8.5, 370x5 x 5sets

    Front Squat w/Belt: 45x7, 135x7, 185x7, 225x7 x 6 sets
    - Belt made this feel so much easier! No low-back strain either, after the DL's.
    - Popped knee very lightly again... don't think I hurt it this time, but if this continues I'm going to stop front squats completely

    Feelz: 3-hours of sleep Shoulder hurt more throughout the day, even though I don't use it.

    Squat: 45x10, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 435x1, 460x1 @ 8.5, 385x5 x 5 sets
    - Single: toes came up a bit, definitely leaned backwards - remember to try and get into toes more next time
    - Volume: lack of sleep caught up to me on the 4th set... concentration took a dive, got sloppy

    RDLs: 135x7, 245x7 x 6 sets

    P. Squat: 45x8, 135x4, 225x4, 315x4, 350x4 x 6-sets

    Weighted Pullups: BWx4, 25x4, 45x4 x 5-sets, 45x8 @ 9
    - Haven't done these in ages... plan was 6x4, but they were pretty easy, so I changed last set to AMRAP until I feel like it's @9.

    Lying Triceps Extensions (LTEs): 45x10, 85x10 x 4-sets
    - Can't bench, but this gave some nice pump in the triceps without taxing the pain area

    Feelz: Good... surprisingly triceps still sore from Thurs! Thankfully I don't need them for anything

    Beltless Conv. DL: 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1 @8.5, 375x5 x 5sets
    - Used Oly shoes for a bit more quad emphasis and to be able to get into position better, seems to have worked... I think?

    5-3-0 Tempo Squat: 45x6, 135x6, 225x6, 275x6 x 4-sets
    - Not doing these again. The weight was really light, but holding my breath for so long was tough
    - Consider: lower reps (6x4), 5-0-3 or 3-0-3

    Barbell Curls: 45x7, 70x7 x 6-sets
    - Bro curls... in the rack... because I can!

    Got some new gear, but will be ordering another bar... never enough

    P. Bench: 45x8, 135x4, 185x3, 225x3
    - Felt pain even at 185lbs
    - 225 was a bit much. After 3-reps called it quits and let the shoulder keep healing

    RDLs: 135x7, 250x7 x 6 sets

    Feelz: Sick. Woke up on Wed with a sore throat, sniffles, etc. Forgot that I was sick when I started training and was fading towards the end. Concentration was off everywhere...

    C. Bench: 45x10, 135x5, 185x3(??) stopped due to pain

    OHP: 45x8, 95x5, 135x1, 155x1, 175x1, 185x1 @10, 135x5 x 5-sets @ 7
    - 185 went up like @10, but didn't feel particularly 'hard/heavy.' Guessing it's just my crappy technique, since I don't practice singles
    - Volume felt fine on the shoulder most of the time, but depending on the bar path, I'd feel it. Shoulder was definitely a bit sore after, but not nearly the pain I have when benching. Wonder what that means?

    P. Squat: 45x8, 135x4, 225x4, 315x4, 350x4 x 6-sets

    LTEs: 45x10, 85x10 x 3-sets

    Pullups: 3x8

    - Super cold today, skin felt 'brittle', hook grip hurt a bit during singles (405+). Was trying to have a better/cleaner setup, not sure if that contributed to such high RPE of single? Repeat or do 455 next week, reassess what to do when not sick.

    Barbell Curls: 45x10, 75x7 x 6-sets

    Front Squat: 45x7, 135x7, 185x7, 225x7 x 6-sets
    - First 3-sets beltless (hard), last 3-sets with belt (easy!)

    Feelz: Still sick, but I thought I was ok... results say I otherwise...

    Squat: 45x10, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 405x1, 435x1, 467.5x1 @ 9.75, 495 @ 9 (w/red band), 390x5 x 4 sets
    - Came in feeling good... however, 435 felt a little heavy and 467.5 felt REALLY heavy... WTF??? How did that happen?
    - Did a 495 with a red band, just to feel the weight on my shoulders, since I'll be testing my 1RM in a few weeks
    - Volume was TOUGH, took longer rests and just called it quits after 4-sets, remembering I did an extra heavy single

    RDLs: 135x7, 245x7 x 6 sets
    - Almost didn't do these, just feeling so run down and crappy

    Ugh, totally felt like a newb in there... not sure if I should just take time off or what.
