    Feelz: Had no drive/motivation to work out today. Neck/upper back hurts from Thurs, worked through it; something feels pinched. Most of the discomfort was during setup.

    Conv. DL: 135x8, 235x5, 325x2, 375x1, 415x1, 460xF, 460xF, 460x1 @ 9(?), 380x5 (5-sets)
    - Tried using a belt during warmups but it was uncomfortable and didn't seem to help, so sticking to beltless
    - 460 F's were due to grip issues. After I chalked up it went up no problem.

    TnG Bench: 45x10, 135x5, 185x5, 205x5 (6-sets)
    - Not 100% comfortable, but getting back there!

    Feelz: Feeling ok outside of allergies. Lower back felt like it had a knot in it; was a little worried and more careful. Considered skipping RDL's, but back felt better after doing them. Go figure.

    Feelz: Was sort of dreading working out today. Sleep has been inconsistent, diet blech. However, everything turned out feeling "easy." Go figure, you just can never tell.

    Feelz: Okish. Played a bunch of table tennis earlier today, right shoulder was sore. Didn't impact benching.

    - Can't gauge RPE right now. Need to get to a point where I'm grinding or close to failure/failing to get a feel for it again.
    - Threw in an extra set after doing 5 for some added stress. Will continue increasing at a fast-ish pace

    Skipped press, I think my shoulder hurts from doing them

    - Single felt too easy. After reviewing video realized it wasn't 465. Oops. Too late.

    - Back a bit sore, used belt

    Feelz: Had drowsiness and other side-effects due to my allergy meds. Switched to different meds, feeling a bit better I think, but today was just another 'average' day.

    - Decided to go for 485 instead of 482.5 if 455 warmup feels easy and it did
    - Not 100% happy with form, always things to work on
