    Moving here from Intermediate, since I compete - although don't considered myself competitive

    I'm 36yo, 6ft, ~215+lbs. Previously competed at 93kg, but have been gaining weight to fill out my frame more and compete at 105kg. My goal has been to qualify for nationals and I thought that was within reach at 93kg, but at 105 I need to lift a lot more... so we'll see.

    Currently I'm using Jordan's Intermediate/Advanced program. Next competition, in the new weight class, will be at the end of October.

    2017-09-14 - Thurs (Bench emphasis)

    Time: 80-mins

    Feelz: No problems

    Changed my diet a few days ago, due to my terrible blood test results... so I'm probably on a caloric deficit now. Will start tracking macro's from now on. It's harder to pack in the calories eating cleaner.

    Macros: Carbs: 353g / Total Fat: 71g (Sat Fat: 14.4g) / Protein: 184g
    - Calories: 2750

    C. Bench: 45x10, 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 245x1, 265x1, 277.5x1 @8.5, 220x5x5
    - Increase to 280/222.5 next time

    P. Squat: 45x8, 135x4, 225x4, 320x4x6

    OHP: 45x7, 95x7, 120x7x6

    Chinups: 3x10
    - Parallel grip

    Time: 2-hours

    Morning BW: 214 lbs

    Feelz: Slightly lacking in energy (most likely mental/placebo), due to change in diet. Tried not to think about it.

    Macros (Yesterday): Carbs: 277g / Total Fat: 105g (Sat Fat: 18g) / Protein: 165g
    - Calories: 2660

    Beltless Conv. DL: 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 435x1 @8-9??, 370x5x5
    - 440/370 next time
    - Can't gauge single RPE, haven't maxed out conv. DL before
    - Switch to Sumo w/belt to prep for competition???

    TnG Bench: 45x10, 135x4, 185x4, 235x4x6
    - Increase to 237.5

    Fr. Squat: 45x7, 135x7, 185x7, 225x7x6

    Incline DB Press: 75x8x6

    Slowly figuring out what to eat to reach target macro's and trying to increase calories.

    - Using ~1/4"-1/2" wider grip... not as used to it and ironically triceps were screaming (why???)

    - Haven't done sumo in a while, wanted to test it/feel it since comp is about a month away
    - Considering using 210kg (463 lbs) as my opener
