    Good training today. Been dealing with some elbow issues so I've switched to thumbs around for the time being. We'll see how it plays out after I rest the thumbless grip for a bit.

    There's no training atmosphere like Lance's Gym in Chicago. If you ever travel to Chicago, stop by and say hi to Ed Coan for me.
    Weights are still moving super easily. Nothing above what feels like an RPE 6 today.

    Great session. Was supposed to rest today, but didn't want to train tomorrow so I went to the gym anyways.
    Felt pretty fatigued and beat up, but everything moved really well.
