    starting strength coach development program
    Felt destroyed today. Coach said we could take our foot off the gas a little and then ramp up for Nationals. I think I would run myself into the ground if I didn't have the sense to ask for a break when I need it. So, hopefully after finals and school is done next week we can get back after it.
