    Easy session today. Finally at 3 plates on the paused squats and they were easy as hell. Squat has really blown up this training block.

    Tiny 1lb deadlift PR, don't think it would've passed on the platform. Around this time before last meet I failed 400, so I think I'm in a good spot to get a lot out of this taper.
