    Incredible day at WFAC. Ended up with a 435 squat (25 lb PR), 178 press (13 lb PR), and a 440 deadlift (11 lb PR). It was truly an amazing event. I'm super proud of my performance and even more dedicated to do better next time.

    Reynolds and Hambrick gave me some great coaching, built my confidence up, and chose some great attempts for me. Those guys are some of the nicest and most dedicated people I've ever met. Got to meet even more great people, too many to remember.

    One big highlight was to finally meet Chase Lindley, dude is super friendly and a great lifter. Seeing his lifts is what drove me to compete in the first place. One day I'd like to go toe to toe with him at one of these. Also got to watch Mike Cordova put on a great performance and see Michael Wolf pull 700. Amazing.

    Biggest piece of this puzzle is my coach, Andrew Jackson. I've been with him for almost a year now and I've completely transformed as a result of his guidance. I'm a better lifter and a better person. Couldn't be happier.

    I'm incredibly thankful to be part of such an awesome community. Anyways, time to push even harder.

    Figured I should write down my goals somewhere so I can be accountable for them when the time comes. The goal will to hit these numbers or better come 2020 Nationals.

    Squat: 496 (225kg)
    Press: 200.2 (91kg)
    Deadlift: 502.6 (228kg)

    My bodyweight goal will to be to fill out the 110kg class.
