    I decided to use this deload to experiment with pushing my grip out to the max legal width. Given my inability to arch (fused spine), I need to take every advantage I can get. I also have the arms of a 6’ tall person, though I am only 5’8” (again, spine fused as a kid). The technique change felt good.

    This was harder than anticipated. I was shooting for @7 on the single. Maybe it is the cut, but I think it is because I widened my grip. I'm going to stay with the grip though. I need to further develop my pecs to take full advantage of the reduced ROM. Time will tell if it is a good trade off. e1RM = 147.7/325.6
