    Meet week day 1.

    Snatch: 145x1, 135x2, 125x2.

    Clean and Jerk: 200x1, 185x2, 160x2.

    Front Squat: 200x3

    Tuesday - July 10, 2018

    Meet week day 2.

    Snatch - to my last warm up (60kg), Power Snatchx3 85lbs

    Clean and Jerk - to my last warm up (85kg), Power Clean and Jerk x 3 115lbs

    My right knee started hurting really bad last night, not sure what to make of it. Hopefully it'll be gone by Saturday.

    Meet week day 3.

    Power Snatch - to 60% of my opener (40kg)

    Power Clean&Jerk - to 60% of my opener (55kg)

    The prep is done. Good sleep and food next 2 days. Time to lift.

    Saturday - July 14, 2018

    Meet day.

    Snatch:
    1st: 65kg (3 whites)
    2nd: 70kg (2 whites&1 red)
    3rd: 75kg (3 reds - dropped forward)

    Clean&Jerk:
    1st: 90kg (3 whites)
    2nd: 97kg (3 whites)
    3rd: 103kg (3 whites and a 3kg PR). RPE10 Clean and RPE11 Jerk.

    Excellent meet. Deloading helped me recover so much for the cleans - went heavier than I planned and can't believe I got 103.
