    Age: 30
    Height: 5'11"
    Weight: 260lbs
    Best Meet Lifts: 463/281/551
    Job: Lineman (I build powerlines)

This is my fourth log here. Currently following a Matt Reynolds inspired four day split (three week cycle).

    Here's today's training.

    190606
    Weight x Reps x Sets
    Squat (intensity) 385x3, 335x5x2
    Dead (volume) 375x5x3

That's it. Might've sandbagged that triple. Should of completed like 395x3. But good work. I train four days straight and 3 off due to my work schedule. Which isnt optimal but nothing is.

Been on the fence of starting the process to study to be an SSC. I dont believe SC has one. I've been "coaching" people now in PL for awhile. *shrugs*

It was cooler, when, for a second, I thought maybe you played defensive end for the Panthers or something. But welcome back, regardless!

Appreciate the welcome Wolf. Much like a good football lineman, no one knows we exist till something goes wrong.

    190607 bw 253
    Bench 265x2. 230x5x2
    Press 105x5x5
    Bent Row 245x5x3
    LTE 115x10x3
    Hammer Curls 35'sx10, 14, 6

Missed my third rep on 265. Just keep losing position on heavy benches. Feels good to press pain free again. Some victories today for sure.
