    It's been awhile since I've held a training log online. Just started strongman training, been following an HLM template previously. Adjusting it now to fit in all of the event training, with the primary focus on getting stronger in the basic barbell lifts.

    Stats:
    Male, 36, 6'2", 204lbs (yes, underweight... working on it)

    Lifts:
    Squat - 385X1
    Bench - 260X1
    Deadlift - 470X1
    Press - 185X1
    Power Clean - 255X1

    Goals:
    Become proficient with the strongman implements
    Gain weight; 220-240lbs
    Squat - 405
    Bench - 275
    Deadlift - 500+
    Press - 200
    Power Clean - 275
    Top 3 in local strongman comp
    Qualify for nationals NAS/USS
