    Default Boogaloo Bertha's Training Log

    I started barbell training in April 2017 but my log starts in November 2017. The link is below if anyone wants to sort through 150 pages. I've had two separate shoulder surgeries; a rotator cuff repair on my right shoulder in August of 2017 and a bone spur removal on my left shoulder in August 2018. I'm going to start updating my training log here because I've been asked multiple times about my specific programming.
