    * First training day in over a year w/o chemo . Initially Iíll see if I can slowly ramp things up as appetite gets better. Down to 190lb from 215. I consider COVID stupidity as part of the strength loss. Day gyms closed my unplanned mock meet was:

    DL 530, B 285, S 385. In that order. I consider that the mark.
