Are you thinking of competing again soon? Because with some of your poundages it looks like you could do pretty well. What's your age and weight class these days?
Ha! Yes I could! I知 trying to get to the point of very stable training. I think I知 close.
Maybe one meet before I turn 60 in June? Then I知 in the next bracket with Dave Ricks ( he痴 my hero).
My best meet was 1240 and I was going to exceed that before Covid hit. I really want to get back to that to feel I win.
I知 sitting at about 200 but the needle is going in the right direction.

You know your situation best, obviously, but why wait for stable training when your current (wrong term perhaps so apologies in advance) instinctive approach to sets, reps, and poundage selection would have you doing quite well among your peers. I'd guess your top singles are under all out max 2nd or 3rd attempts.
