    I use 1812 for testing my headphone rig. Huge dynamic range. Maybe not motivation.

    I like heavy metal when I’m in a real gym with real lifters that like heavy metal. Otherwise it does nothing for me musically. I miss it the most.

    But agreed , music has a very physical effect

    Feeling better enough to start LP again? Last MRI was positive in my favor. Going to quarterly MRIs. Had medical port surgically removed.

    Gotta try. Would love to complete a full LP cycle.

    Feel like I could do singles better than these numbers indicate but I think the LP program is better for stimulating a healing stress. At least at light weight it’s over fast!
