    Squats are always toughest. Could be because they are first. Could be every other day. Could be I’m weak.

    starting strength coach development program

    Missed a day. Had a kitchen island delivered to the door. Heavy work but I'm glad I can still do it.

    Been unintentionally on a very low calorie diet. Maybe 1000 a day. Down to 200lbs.

    I’m still suffering nausea and mouth issues from chemo and radiation . It’s gotta be over soon. I’m betting it all that once my calories go up, my strength will follow.
